COLOUR & PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
We have made every effort to present yarn colours and product details as accurately as possible. Due to variation in dye lots, computer monitors and occasionally human error, there may be some inconsistencies, omissions, or errors. We reserve the right to corrrect any errors and to change or update information at any time (including after you have submitted your order).
 
SHIPPING POLICIES

SHIPPING: DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL
ON IN-STORE PURCHASES:

LOCAL COURIER DELIVERY

We have a very friendly local courier named Brian that delivers all of our packages within the City of London for us. There is a $7 charge associated with this service, and is perfect for those that find it difficult to get out to the store to pick things up in person. Brian is also happy to deliver large orders such as knitting machines to our customers. To arrange for local delivery for your item, mention you would like your purchase couriered to you at the time of your order and we’ll arrange everything for you! We can even arrange a special time of day or delivery date (coordinated with Brian’s availability) if our regular operating hours are not ideal. For online orders, be sure to select this option at Checkout.

OUTSIDE OF LONDON
We are happy to ship out your order to you anywhere in Canada. For a shipping quote, we require a full mailing address, plus your complete order to best be able to determine weight and size of packaging. We only charge for shipping what Canada Post or our Courier Services charges us.
We are also happy to ship packages internationally. For this option, please contact us directly for a shipping estimate.

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and dimensions. We have done our best to ensure multiple options are available. Oversized packages and orders to more remote locations may include additional charges. A staff member will reach out if this applies to your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Once your order has left our store, we are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, postal delays, or customs issues. If you believe your tracked package may be lost, contact us and we will do ou best to help you navigate the courier’s tracking system.
If you selected an untracked shipping option, we regret that we are unable to help locate lost packages.

At checkout, you will be asked your preference as to how you would like to receive your order. You may pick up the order at the store’s physical address, request our local courier delivery service, or have the order shipped by courier.

Local Delivery Service – $7.00

Courier Delivery of your Parcel:

$0.00 – $50.00 – $15.00.
$50.01 – $100.00 – $18.00
$100.01 – $150.00 – $20.00
$150.01 and over – FREE!

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer shipping outside of Canada for purchase made through the online store. We will update these policies when this changes in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
**IN-STORE PURCHASES**


We are happy to exchange merchandise or offer store credit (can be used on anything in the store and does not expire) for all UNUSED yarn, notions, and accessories. Receipts must be presented for all merchandise.

Unused balls or skeins of yarn may be exchanged for any store merchandise. Conditions apply for yarn exchange (and return for store credit):

1. The yarn must be in original condition (labels affixed and skeins are not re-wound or re-skeined).
2. The yarn has not been exposed to pet hair or allergens (including cigarette smoke and strong perfumes) of any kind.
3. The yarn is currently stocked in the store.
4. The yarn was not purchased in a sale or on clearance.

There are no exchanges or store credits available on special order items (including all Berroco DropShip orders unless the yarn is one of our regular stock items).

Needles, notions, sets of needles, crochet hooks, and other accessories can be exchanged within TEN DAYS of purchase, and all packaging must be brand new in appearance.

We are unable to offer exchanges or returns of any kind on printed or digital material (pattern leaflets, books, or Ravelry downloads).

No refunds, exchanges, or store credit is available on special orders.

We will, of course, be happy to replace or exchange any items that are defective, based on manufacturer’s warranties.
